Ten Seconds Studio is commited to shipping your order as fast as we can (24-48 hours). If by any chance we don't have the product in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you. You will have a choice to cancel the item or put it on Back Order.
Since fuel prices are high, we have given you a discount on shipping. Most shipments start out at $8-$9 for 2 pounds! Please see below for shipping charges based on price for the United States.

International Shipping
Ten Seconds Studio will ship internationally. Ten Seconds Studio will charge a $10 processing fee for all shipments. Ten Seconds Studio will contact you before shipping out the product to advise you on your total and shipping fees. It may be cheaper to contact a distributor in your country and purchase the product from them. Ten Seconds Studio is not responsible for the product once it's been shipped out. You can purchase insurance for additional cost.
Returns
Ten Seconds Studio will accept returns with in 10 days from receiving the merchandise. All returns must be in their original packaging and must look like new. All returns must reference an invoice number. You cannot return merchandise that you purchased at a different retailer. It's up to Ten Seconds Studio to accept returned product(s). If it doesn't look like new or has been used, we will not accept the returned product. All returned product will be given a "Store Credit" to be used on future purchases. Ten Seconds Studio will not accept returned Metal.
Manufacture's Defect
If the product you received is damaged due to manufacture's defect, please contact us within 10 days and we will give you information on how to return the product.

FYI
